If I could give 0 Stars I would. Went in with my mother with severe kidney stone pain that was a 10 out of 10, almost ready to pass out. When we got there, there was no people in the waiting room and a wait time of 16 minutes. When checked in we were told to give a name and sit down and that the nurse will come out and get you when they are ready. So we waited and waited and waited. After about an hour of waiting, we went to ask how long and got a response of "Not sure, its a sick kind of day"...So we sat and waiting some more. After 2 and a half hours of waiting in excruciating pain, we decided to leave and go somewhere else. They need to take down their 30 Minute ER wait time guarantee if they cant hold true to it. Follow up will be made with the Director of the ER. Horrible experience. Will never go back.
